3-4 small jobs near crawl space opening

Description
I could do this myself, I think... but I'd rather pay someone because I'm too big for crawl spaces and feeling my age. If you can do quality work without causing damage, I'd love to pay you to do it. Immediately to the right of a crawl space opening is an HVAC pipe that has disconnected from the floor I'm not sure if it can easily be reattached. There is a little bit of play but I hated to put too much pressure on it for fear of causing a break at the other end. But I need this somehow sealed (safely) to the floor opening so that air and heat isn't leaking into the crawl space, and without inadvertently disconnecting anything where the other end of the pipe is attached. If the house has settled too much, it could be that something needs to be added to the end to extend it, and then maybe wrapped tight. An extra brace may need to be added to the duct to hold it in place like a zip tie or something. While you're under there, there are exposed water pipes in a U shape maybe 5 to 8 feet from the entrance that I would love to insulate where they are exposed in the crawl space. They run from a utility closet to the upstairs bathroom, which always gets slow in frigid temps. Then there is the cover to the crawl space itself. It's very homemade and reinforced a little to make it harder for animals to move (I've had trouble with racoons moving it in the past). A little more substantial but definitely insulated with foam board would be great. Are you knowledgeable and capable with these things? Can you seal things up tight without causing more issues at the other end or creating a fire hazard with the duct work? Then you are who I am looking for! Materials I have: 1. Pipe insulation 2. Foam board insulation 3. Slinky-like duct pipe (flexible, I don't know what you call it) 4. Foil tape 5. Duct insulation 6. Large zip ties I also have plywood scraps and some other woods available. This is probably a half day job. If you look at the pictures I think it's easier to understand what I'm after, just a long description. Thanks!
