With a 6 year experience of training all age groups, my focus is getting clients to their goals and avoiding injuries at all cost. Which is why I charge per session and not per hour. I design sessions based on clients needs. And take my time to create an injury free environment by promoting mobility and flexibility in all muscular joints before and after workouts.
