Requirements: 1) Experience in following works or highly motivated to learn following works - Lock Change - Winterization - Bleaching and painting - Landscaping: Grass cut, tree/shrubs trimming, tree removal, vines/overgrowth removal - Maid service - Boarding - Trash-out - Property maintenance and general repair 2) Must have the mindset to communicate on a regular basis over phone. 3) Must have vehicle, lawn mower, hedge trimmer, air compressor, pressure gauge, basic repair tools. 4) Mindset to take tons of photos of the work being performed and property condition photos. 5) Attention to detail and following instructions. 6) Willing to learn and solve the problem 7) Meeting Deadlines Benefits: 1) Industry standard payout 2) Payment will be made within 72 hours of work completion. 3) Materials support large jobs. 4) Trip charges/gas money for distant job sites.
