20 lb male Sheltie, wearing a collar and dragging a leash, got spooked and pulled away from owner on 10/18/22 at 11:15am at the 4th Plain Petco in Vancouver. He is loved and missed. Owner and friends are looking for him, posting flyers, setting traps. REWARD offered for his safe return.
