Due to a large volume of waitlist applications and longer than 1 year+ estimated wait times for our Affordable Housing Properties’, Marion County Housing Authority will close its waitlists on October 31, 2022, at 4:30 pm, for the following properties/locations until further notice.
*Woodburn- Wood Park Terrace, & Hazelwood Estates *Aumsville- Creekside Duplexes *Mt. Angel- Edelweiss Village, & Sheridan Senior Estates *Stayton- Oak Park Village, & Stayton Elder Manor *Jefferson- Meadowood & Evergreen Court.
If you have already turned in an application for these properties you will remain at the rank in which your application was received, provided you continue to meet the property’s tenant selection plan criteria.
