C&E Fence is looking for an experienced installer that is highly self motivated, pays attention to detail, loves to work outside, and gets along with people. Must have valid drivers license and reliable transportation to get to work. Must have prior fence installation experience, carpentry skills and be able to run, saw, auger, hand tools, ability to work outside in the elements. All potential new hires will preforming skills test before hiring. Must have 1-2 years of experience in the field. We install Chain Link, Wood, Vinyl, Aluminum, Farm Fence and Barbwire. Estate Gates, Commercial and Industrial Fencing and Gates. Pay starts at $15 an hr. - $17 an hr. depending on experience. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Install fence in proper manner and by code • Ensure correct materials are ordered for each job before loading • Good work ethic and ability to work with others • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized truck • Tools, trucks, equipment repair and maintenance • Ability to communicate with customers and do necessary paperwork for job SKILLS AND ABILITIES: • Ability to perform in a fast paced drug-free environment with high level of accuracy • Enjoys outdoor, physical work • Ability to manually lift and carry 80lbs • Mechanically inclined ability to operate shop tools, forklift and bobcat • Problem solving with high attention to detail and good communication skills • Successfully perform basic math problems accurately • Time management and planning skills, the ability to multitask with strong emphasis on prioritization • Exceptionally organized individual who insists on a neat and clean work area. EDUCATION AND/OR TRAINING • Minimum one year fence installation experience as a Lead Installer • Valid Drivers License Required IDEAL CANDIDATE: Ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual who enjoys outdoor work and can take pride and ownership of designated responsibilities ensuring policies and procedures are followed. Must be highly accurate (do it right the first time) and have the ability to get along with a variety of personality types. Needs to be mechanically inclined and comfortable performing physical labor.
