Description
3 year old female red-nosed pit needs to have a good home. She is spayed, microchipped and up to date on her shots. We adopted her months ago and she is super sweet; however, she and our other dog do not get along. Trying to keep them apart and/or constantly watched has gotten to be too much. She is fine with our daughter's dog. We believe she may have been abused because she is fear aggressive if she feels trapped or attacked. Scolding her is ok and even sometimes not necessary. if she gets in trouble (for trying to get on the table to get food for example) she will automatically go to her kennel. She is potty trained and kennel trained. She loves treats and will do what is needed with that reward. She loves having her head and belly rubbed and will give kisses or lay her head in your hands to get you to give her attention. She adores car rides and will automatically get in a vehicle.
We are not looking to sell her, but a rehoming contribution to the animal shelter of $100 is needed to show that she is going to a safe, caring home.
