These team members would report directly to the Account Manager and is responsible for the daily maintenance of Residential and commercial landscape accounts. Each Candidate should have some knowledge of exterior projects including: lawn care, hardscapes, pruning, plants, plant spacing, equipment, soil, irrigation, landscape equipment, driving large machinery and design and eye for detail. Candidate should be energetic, smart, and reasonable above all have that right fit with creative and forward thinking! Candidate must have: -Drug Free.<-----------******* MUST BE DRUG FREE WE TEST ****** -Having an eye for detail. -Understand basic mowing practices: Mow at the appropriate height depending on the time of year and prevailing weather conditions. -Understand pruning and trimming of all shrubs, ground cover and non-flowering vines as necessary using the appropriate pruning technique to maintain the desired shape and size of the plant. -Provide excellent customer communication and be the onsite company representative. -Irrigation systems, irrigation license and or certification a plus, ability to set irrigation times based on the weather conditions and the age of the garden. REQUIREMENTS: -State BMP Lic. -Optional Valid Florida driver's license with CLEAN record !!!! **** WE CHECK **** -1+ years of experience in the lawn and landscaping industry. -Some plant identification is a bonus.
