found key with pendant

I believe this belongs to a gentleman who was riding an electric bike Southbound down Belleair Beach, Friday Oct 21 just before 11am. I was setting up a canopy on the beach right near the Morgan Park entrance, and he rode by. Shortly after, someone walked over and asked if this key and pendant were mine. Someone else noted it was RIGHT near the bike tracks, and suspected it was the guy who rode by just minutes before. The key appears to be to a pool gate, but the pendant seems more personal and important to the owner. It says Happy 75th Birthday on it. Unfortunately, no identifying info.
