We are a small general contractor company specializing in both commercial and residential interiors. Currently we are seeking a reliable, trustworthy, and hardworking laborer/carpenter apprentice to join our team! Must have great communication skills and maintain a positive, professional demeanor. Responsibilities include and not limited to: • Loading, unloading, and moving materials from within or near the construction site • Purchase materials and supplies • Move materials to or from storage or work sites • Selective demolition, concrete placement or flagging • Lifting heavy objects • Carry heavy supplies to and from work area • Cleaning work area, machines, or other equipment • Making simple repairs and adjustments to machinery or trucks Requirements: • Own set of hand tools • Clean driving record & VALID California Driver's License • Ability to work with others, be a team player and be communicative with co-workers and supervisors • Willingness to learn new skill (some carpentry experience a plus) Must be legal to work in the US and fluent in English, San Francisco residents preferred as all of our work is located in San Francisco.
