Anybody here repair guitars?

Not the most expensive guitar but has tremendous sentimental value as is first guitar I gigged with. Seagull Entourage. Preliminary talks with music shop saying might not be worth fixing, but I’m open to southern engineering. It’s an $800 guitar, would like to be able to gig with it again. If you’re a serious luthier please contact me. Body is warped and inside bracing needs repair. If I need to let it go would appreciate that advice as well I’m no pro. Thanks for reading.
