Job description Looking for Full-Time Hydraulic Workshop Mechanic - Technician with knowledge: (LOCAL IN HOUSTON TEXAS ) Will be working in the Manvel TX Office Workshop. • Operate and inspect machines or heavy equipment and components to diagnose defects. • Clean, lubricate, and perform other routine maintenance work on equipment and/or vehicles, such as air compressors, test rig, Varsol machines, lapping table, test ring, stripper tank, and parts washer, filtration unties • Check the calibration on all tools. • Dismantle and reassemble heavy equipment using hoists and hand tools. • Properly disassemble equipment for repair and create a parts list of all necessary items needed to complete the repair. • Clean all parts from dismantled heavy equipment thoroughly. • Dispose of hazardous waste in an appropriate manner • Perform inspection of pumps, motors, and hydraulic and crane equipment. • Operate overhead cranes lifting heavy equipment (over 70 lbs) for hoisting and rigging. • Repair hydraulic pumps and motors and crane hook blocks at the highest level. • Operates forklift. • Interpret parts drawings and diagrams. • Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with safety procedures, rules, and regulations. • Maintain workshop(s) cleanliness and organization by empting trash, sweeping and mopping workshop areas. • Diagnose, identify and repair parts and equipment. • Adjust or repair hydraulic systems and components. • Assist with any Hose Assemblies, tags and certificates. • Work safe and ensure that others may work safe in the immediate environment. • Maintain good condition of and ensure the proper wearing of all personal protective gear for self and employees under direct supervision. • Other duties as assigned. • Must have knowledge of Hydraulics, pumps, motors, winches etc. • Have worked in the oil and gas workshop field MUST SUBMIT IN RESUME Job Type: Full-time 20.00 And up depending on experience Experience at least 2 years
