Hello artists! We have a private art room available starting January 1, 2023. We are a group of professional, self-employed artists with private work spaces within a 5,000 square foot commercial artist workspace. We are looking for a self-motivated artist and/or self-employed artisan who is excited to join our community and participate in our quarterly art shows. You may regularly show your work as a resident artist, host artist events, and enjoy the added benefit of being part of a building exclusively for artists. The room is approximately 11x16 and rent will be $550 per month (please see floor map for location) This includes: -Secure locking doors to your private room and secure locking doors for the main gallery floor. -Professional floor wide password protected internet. -Quarterly gallery shows where everyone on the floor is welcome to participate. -1,000+ square feet of shared gallery space for showing, group activities, socializing and networking with our full-time crew, or just eating lunch away from your work! -Professional web presence on our self-curated website. About us: New Alliance Gallery opened in 2019 and is anchored by several full-time arts businesses established in 1987. We have a 5,000 square foot commercial floor and provide the following art services: photography, painting, video production, 3D printing, film developing, podcasting, music production, recording, mixing, and mastering.
