Available immediately!! We are renting out our 35' boat slip. The slip is located at Federal Point Yacht Club in Carolina Beach. The marina is a 4.5 star marina and is located in an excellent area with regards to the beach, boardwalk, restaurants, shopping and last but not least grocery stores. The following are required for rental. (If you have a problem with any of the below, do not inquire about rental). *Tenants boat must be in good mechanical repair and require no cosmetic repair. *NO LIVE ABOARDS *Must have a contract with a company for haul out during hurricanes if you cannot take the boat out by trailer yourself. *6 month lease *300,000 in liability insurance / insurance policy must cover spill cleanup. *Fueling at the marina is not allowed, Rent is due on the 1st of the month.
