NEED YARD AND ROOF CLEANED & Trees Trimmed

I need someone who will clean my yard. You would pull the weeds and put weed killer, I want debree gone from under stones so you'll have to lift the stones and clean then put them back, Trees trimmed way back. I'm preparing for new tenants so want it done as the palm trees will fall soon. Need the trees trimmed away from the phone lines as this is a fire safety Hazzard. Roof needs to also be cleaned of debree also. I do this every year but with work and school I don't have time or energy. Not sure If this is Job for one person. 2 or three people might be easier or faster. 5 total trees need trimming -Send me your quotes.
