Needing a police car lookalike for short film shoot

I am a local filmmaker and will be shooting a short film for film festivals in Phoenix - currently looking for a car that is very close to a police car, we will be getting blue/red lights for the top. This is a scene where the car will not be driving, it's just for one single scene where the main character arrives at a motel and gets arrested. 3-4 hours needed.
