LOST Grey and white bobtail cat

My cat got out right before hurricane Ian hit and I haven't seen him since, he's a grey and white bobtail he should have a skull collar but I don't know if he's lost it or not, he's a little chunky, his birthday was oct. 16th he just turned two, any help is appreciated I've been looking for him since, if anyone sees him or knows anything or what happed please email me, I do not have a phone, last seen Bunnell florida 32110 water oak rd, I miss him dearly
