There is a saying, "Too many pets but not enough homes". But actually there are many homes, but it is all a matter of the heart. Here is another one. Male dog showed up in my friends duplex. Has been there for a while. A couple gives him food and water everyday. He is approachable and friendly. There are already three outdoor dogs around with owners. The other small ones are mostly indoor. The three are mostly outside dogs and sometimes indoors, depending on the weather.
