This absolutely breaks my heart but I'm having to rehome the literal love of my life. Yoshimi is eight years old but still spry as ever. He loves being active, especially hiking and running. A daily walk would be the bare minimum because he is a working breed (even though he's lived a luxurious life). He's extremely intelligent, house-trained and super affectionate. He's never so much as glared at a human - he loves pets from ANYONE, big or small. He's only been around children 2+ but I cannot even fathom him being anything other than a gentle giant. Unfortunately, he became reactive a few years ago and no longer gets along with other animals, particularly his brother, Taco. Their fighting has just become a safety concern with my children. Yoshimi NEEDS to be an only pet and would do fabulously with someone who can give him plenty of one-on-one time. With a ton of training, he might become less reactive. He's worth it, believe me.
