Tennis Club is seeking a candidate for on-site general maintenance at their club. Under the routine supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor, candidate will perform tennis court maintenance and routine building maintenance. JOB DESCRIPTION • Daily preparation of the club in the early morning hours for 8am opening • Daily raking or brooming of all clay courts, using golf cart – full training will be given • Adding clay to courts and general line maintenance when needed – full training will be given • Chain mesh fencing repairs, replacing connectors and windscreen repairs as required • Daily blowing out of entire tennis court area and building facility • Pressure washing when required • Routine building maintenance including cleaning and painting • Basic repairs to buildings including, but not limited to, plumbing, electric, carpentry and drywall repairs • Must be able to work independently and with minimal supervision QUALIFICATIONS • Experience working with chain mesh fencing • Painting experience • Basic knowledge of plumbing, electric, carpentry and drywall repairs • Physical capability of carrying/manipulating 50lb bags of clay • Reliable and punctual • Pass background check and drug screen HOURS Fulltime Monday, Wednesday, Friday – 5am – 2pm Tuesday, Thursday – 6am – 3pm
