Handyman with Plumbing and Electric Experience

Hello! I am moving out of a warehouse space and moving into a new one. I'm looking for a general handyman or two to do all types of work including: - Demo three drywall/2x4 walls - Help breakdown a wood structure with me - Take out electric wiring - Lifting and moving an Oven (not heavy) - Install plumbing for bathtub and sink - Install a few switches and electric I'd love to find someone who has some history doing electrician work or plumbing work or both. PAY: I'm offering $250 as a day rate for 8 hour days. I'll also buy you lunch (Under $17). If its a short day I'll do $30 an hour. I'm assuming it will mostly be full days. I'm looking for someone with a positive attitude ready to work! Please send me a little bit about you and your experience.
