Property scouts needed. We are a local Real Estate Investment company looking for new properties in Raleigh, and surrounding areas. This can be an hour and a half away from Raleigh area anyway. The scouts that we are looking for will drive around at their convenience and take pictures of properties and submit properties to us through our property scout system. This is a 1099 gig. We pay you $500.00 for every property we close on. We usually do around three to five deals a month and are looking to do more. Job description: Drive around areas of chosen choice and look for properties. Get the Address of the property and submit it in Property Scout Mobile Link. Verify that the address and all information submitted in the property scout link that the scout gave is the accurate address and information. The kinds of properties we are looking for: * Abandoned property * Boarded up windows in property * Tall Grass * Notices on doors * Really run down houses * Divorce estates * For Sale By Owners who are really wanting to get rid of their property and do not want full price for it. ( In order to be paid the scout must have called the Owner and asked if they would sell the property either for what they owe on it or Less than market value and the OWNER MUST SAY YES). * Probate estates If interested please email us or call us at 417-893-0204 Thanks and hope to talk to you soon.
