Seeking a friendly, reliable, self-motivated person to join our small team on the Westbank. Should have basic knowledge in plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, carpentry, and preparing vacant apartments for new tenants. Need to be proficient with hand tools. Basic hvac knowledge is a plus, but not required. Bilingual helpful, but not necessary.
MUST: have a valid drivers license, your own dependable transportation, and pass a background check.
