Hugo is a fun, loving, sweet boy who didn't get a great start to his life. He is 15 months old and is an Australian Shepard / Lab mix also known as a Aussiedor. He was adopted as a puppy by an owner who didn't have time for him when he adopted him and then ended up leaving him behind when he moved out of his parents home. His parents didn't want him and tied him out back and pretty much forgot about him. He became a bit aggressive/scared of people. I took him in and have been working with him. He will bark aggressively at strangers but will run from them if they get close. Once he gets to know them he will be their best friend. I have 2 small dogs and he does good with them but can tend to be food and toy protective so that needs to be worked with. I am training him to walk on a leash but he does still pull as of now. He has a date to get fixed on Nov. 1st so I would like him to stay here until he has recoved from his neutering and will be ready to go home with someone the weekend of Nov. 5th. I would like to see if anyone is interested in him and maybe want to meet him now to see if he may be a good fit for them. There is a re-homing to make sure he gets a safe home.
