Welcome. Contact Design is a global, user research organization that connects qualifying participants with technology companies to help make new products easier and more pleasant to use. We have been hired to interview visually impaired individuals for the purposes of understanding their experience and opinion of e-books and related services. We will be conducting 90-minute interviews in person at a research facility in NYC. Each interview will be a one-on-one interview, not a focus group. Compensation for your time will be $275-$375 depending on time commitment. If you are not visually impaired but would like to refer someone, we offer a referral payment of $40 per referral. Feel free to send the link below to them and they will be asked to provide the details of the person who referred them. We are a market research company. We have nothing to sell. We have been hired to interview individuals, such as yourself, for the purposes of understanding your experience and opinion of a particular service.
