Hello. We are a local LLC that manages and owns several rental properties in the greater Binghamton area. We are looking for a jack of all trades repairman to help us renovate a building in Binghamton where we had a fire last year; we are also in need of a part time maintenance man to tend to day to day issues that come up at our existing rental properties. Specifically we are looking for someone who can install windows and doors and help us plaster and sheet rock the burned out building. Roofing experience and the ability to help construct minor stairwells and railings is a plus too. For the routine maintenance at the rental apartments experience in basic plumbing and general repair is all that is needed. For the routine maintenance at the rental properties the pay is $22.50 per hour. For bigger jobs at the burned out property the pay is negotiable based on experience.
