Hi there, I am reopening this job again. Someone I hired has not done a thing in a week's time, so he is out of a picture now. Requirements: -MUST HAVE INSURANCE (General Liability, Workers Compensation (or the exemption),$1,000,000.00 coverage minimum) -You can start next week -You have people and you know how to plaster ceiling -Payment by credit card, no Zelle or Venmo -$5000 for the job What needs to be done: (2 bedroom apartment.) 1. Demolish kitchen island in the kitchen (patch the floor underneath after) - prefer to have a permit but not a must have 2. Demolish two small closet walls in the small bedroom, no permit needed. (patch the floor and ceiling after) 3. Make ceiling white in all apartment, plaster/ bonding (it is just raw concrete right now, drywall is not allowed) 4. Install 2 lights outlets on the ceiling in the master bedroom (yes it can be easy to be done because there is an outlet on the wall) 5. Paint one wall in the small bedroom, plaster/ bonding (it is just raw concrete, looks the same as the ceiling) 6.Paint in grey color small bedroom, Paint 2 dining area walls in a grey color 7.Put wallpaper in the living room (2 walls), Master Bedroom (1.5 walls); Small bedroom (1.5 walls) - vinyl wallpaper - simple one! 8.Put laminate in the kitchen area that matches the rest of the apartment floor (at least a close match) 9. Install wood slots on 1 wall (small area) 10. Finally, dispose all the garbage
