Job description Overview KB Federal Maintenance, Inc. is seeking a candidate to work at VA Bend CBOC. We're looking for a reliable, motivated individual who are capable of working independently with minimal supervision. Work Schedule: Monday - Friday (5 Days) 6PM – 9PM (15-Hours a week) Hourly Rate: $19.50 / Hour Responsibilities: · Clean and disinfect exam rooms · Sweep & mop hard floors areas · Vacuum carpet floor areas · Clean & disinfect restrooms & replenish supplies · Clean common areas, break area, lobby Area, offices, stairwell, elevator, etc.. · Dusting & Surface Wipe & High-touch point Cleaning · Clean Windows, sills, frames · Empty Waste & Reline · Perform periodic tasks · Notify supervisor of needed supplies. · Follow guidelines and communicate with site supervisor Requirement: · Fingerprinting & Background investigation · A strong work ethic, integrity and sense of personal responsibility · Detail oriented, ability to work independently and a team player · Perform duties as assigned by the team leads or supervisor · Complete assigned janitorial duties according to schedule · Professional appearance and demeanor · A valid driver's license · Must be authorized to work in the U.S. · Possess a clean background Submissions: Please send us your resume via e-mail / Indeed.
