In IMMEDIATE need of a skilled laborer for a grading company, doing site work and development on residential homes - mainly in Cape Coral. Skid steer operation and hauling equipment is also a possibility. Looking for the right person to add to our small, family owned team. Experience working in the field in Florida is REQUIRED, as it is different from other states. You must know how to grade. Experience as a skid steer operator is a plus. Pay is based upon experience, work ethic, and ability to retain information. **Please only respond if you have experience completing final grades or any type of grade work, and/or grading with a skid steer. We do not have time to train.** Must know how to set up and run a laser, read site plans and cut sheets, work as a team, perform physical labor, have good communication, and labor outside in the elements. Every day work includes: Physical labor work to complete slab grades, rough grades, stucco grades, driveway cuts, final grades, clean-ups, moving block and delivery, installing silt fence, setting up and running a laser, installing culvert pipe, possibly operating machinery and possibly hauling hauling equipment.
