This is an outside door to door sales position for Ridge Max Roofing. Job details: Find homes with a damaged roof and have them sign up with Ridge Max Roofing for a complete roof replacement or repair, while working in teams of 2-5 in a particular area. Pay Structure Setters get $$$ per sale Closers get % per sale Must Have: • Valid driver’s license, • Roofing Sales Knowledge: shingle, tile, metal, and Flat Roof Systems • Sales experience either business to business or door to door. • Computer Skills: Microsoft Office, Smart Phone, Adobe Acrobat • Reliable Transportation capable of hauling a ladder for roof inspections. • Professional qualities and high customer services skills • Identify storm damage • Provide competitive bids, customer communication • Able to drive to customer homes & businesses – whatever it takes.
