He has been teaching entrepreneurs, educators, corporate leaders, and people from all walks of life how to create the life they desire. In 2007, Ben made his television runner up debut on "Shear Genius," Bravo TV's reality competition for hairdressers, finishing second. Show judges Sally Hershberger and Vidal Sassoon commended Ben for his raw talent and his growth over the course of the competition. Ben is an international empowerment key speaker and guest artist for hair cutting classes , personal appearances and video projects, and is on the hit TV show “The Look All Stars” and in "50 Hairstylists," a book featuring the fifty most influential hairdressers in the country. Meg (@mermeghair) is a salon owner in Cincinnati Ohio, where she paints her corner of the Midwest rainbow. Meg specializes in color but specifically loves vivid reds and fashion colors! TikTok is where she really connects with other stylists using humor, client before and afters and what she’s wearing in the salon. A big passion of Megs is talking about “community over competition” in the industry and how we can all help each other learn and grow. In February 2020 she attended the "Ben Mollin Project" In Kansas City at @katkolors salon. Since taking this class Meg has not only become more confident in her everyday life but has taken off on Tiktok where we have all come to know her bubbly personality. This class taught showed Meg her power and lit a fire within her. This passion is what has been fueling her love to educate both independently and for brands since 2019 along with expanding her salon and starting a training program for "baby hairstylists".
