You'll be guided in a welcoming flow of grounding, vocal and embodiment warm-ups, and call-and-echo singing. Building slow and steady into magnanimous harmony, we'll bask in song medicine that warms us into our full heart power. Unblocking energy, melting judgment, decomposing scripts of separation, enlisting endorphins, . . . . in Singing, we practice the muscle to choose the love and freedom we desire to be.
