Dr. Fred Douglas Smith, Jr. Dr. Smith has over 30 years as an Educator, Strategist, Facilitator, and Innovator in the field of Faith and Health. Most recently, he served as Director of Doctor of Ministry, Professor of Public of Theology, and Director of the newly established Center for Leadership in Public Theology at Houston Graduate School of Theology.
