5 year old dane

We have a 5 year old Great Dane that has to be rehomed sadly. He is free to a great home that has land or very big yard. He absolutely loves kids and like to play but he will need to be around big dogs as we haven’t had him around any smaller dogs. He does spend his days outside and comes inside at night in a kennel. We were told by our landlord we can’t keep him and as much as we love him we have two smaller kids that just have to come first. We would search for a different house but we just signed a 2 year lease. If you think he would be a good fit let me know please. He just wants to be loved and played with.
