Description
We are a Denver based property management and real estate Development Company with a large portfolio of apartment communities. We are currently recruiting a assistant property manager / leasing consultant to help with marketing, leasing and other on-site activities to gain strong revenue growth and greater occupancy. This position will assist prospective residents with their move-in experience and ensure that the customer service is outstanding.
Essential Responsibilities:
-Manage the leasing process, identifying the needs of potential residents and addressing those needs
-Prepare lease agreements and maintain accurate records
-Demonstrate an understanding of pricing, floor plans, amenities, and other offerings the community provides while touring prospects
-Bilingual preferred
-Utilize your creativity to assist with outreach marketing and resident events
- as assistant property manager you will be in touch with current tenants on rent, as well as be sending 10 day notices and be in touch with the the attorney's regarding eviction.
