Hugh Davies, President of Schramsberg Vineyards, is coming to Mississippi for the first time, he's picked Snackbar to spend the evening at, and he's bringing five sparkling wines with him! We're beyond excited and so honored to have him with us, so Chef Bhatt is putting together a special five course menu to pair with Hugh's stellar selection.
