Description

We will be hosting a 60-minute, all-levels yoga class indoors in the mezzanine -- beginners are welcome.  After class, we will have Schnucks water and food samples to enjoy from our friends at Schnucks.  Please bring your yoga mat, a limited number of mats will be available for those without. Please preregister for this free class as space is limited.  A Word on Accessibility If there is ever any assistance you need in order to feel supported at one of our events, please reach out. If you would like to request an assistant, sign language interpreter, or other one-on-one support, please give us one week notice to try to line something up. If you have a caregiver or an assistant you'd like to bring with you, please let us know in advance.
