Morgantown, home to the Mountaineers, known for its lively and vibrant atmosphere, is no stranger to ghostly apparitions and haunted tales that date back to pre-college life. Discover Morgantown's dark side with the infamous haunted stories by joining us for our Downtown Morgantown's 2nd annual Haunted Walk. Come eager to hear new stories added this year about college antics gone wrong, learn more about the historic Civil War and victims from beyond the grave coming back to haunt the Courthouse Square, and hear of the haunted buildings where ghostly spirits lurk. In addition to our tour, don't forget to support our local restaurants and keep an eye open for their specials. Bring friends and family for an unforgettable spooky evening. Tickets can be purchased for $25, and you may select your preferred tour time for the evening (8:30 or 9:00). This tour originates and concludes at The Apothecary Alehouse & Cafe, and you will visit multiple stops on the tour. Tour participants are encouraged to check-in with the Main Street Tour Host at least 30 minutes before tour is scheduled to depart. Participants may show their event wristband for specials from the venue. Tour sizes are limited and only advance sales through Eventbrite can be honored.This event is held rain or shine.Ticket sales benefit Main Street Morgantown, a 501c3 non-profit organization, and our mission to develop and promote vibrant and prosperous Downtown & Wharf Districts.
