The Equity | Impact Center and Limelight Creative invite you to join us in celebrating the 2022 SCALE Fellowship cohort on November 5th at The Oaklander Hotel in Pittsburgh. This event gives guests the opportunity to meet the 2022 SCALE Fellows, connect with the SCALE team, watch the artists showcase videos, and celebrate the success of our program. The artists selected for the 2022 program represent a diverse array of musical genres and artistic styles. We were honored to welcome this exceptional and talented group to the SCALE community, and are proud to celebrate their incredible artistry. The 2022 SCALE Fellows are: Chantal Joseph DJ FEMI Lailonny Zuly Inirio Casaundra Rieko Safiyya Anita Levels Lola Cole SCALE Celebration and Showcase Premiere Tickets: $25-$50 Complimentary Food and Drinks Cocktail AttireAbout the SCALE Fellowship The SCALE Fellowship was designed in 2019 by Leigh Solomon Pugliano to provide individualized artist development and entrepreneurial skill-building curriculum to Black women in music. The program provides intentional opportunities to connect, share, learn, grow, and collaborate. Each cohort accepts up to 8 participants and provides fellows with a financial award along with additional funds for: equipment, technology, business development, recording, branding, and legal support. SCALE supports Black women in music in designing business strategies along with the opportunity to create, produce, and present their work. The program provides resources (knowledge, network, financial) as well as the support needed to develop a sustainable career and overcome the challenges that exist for Black artists in Pittsburgh and beyond. ​ The SCALE Fellowship is a collaboration between the Equity | Impact Center and Limelight Creative and is supported by the Hillman Foundation and Advancing Black Arts, a program of the Heinz Endowments and Pittsburgh Foundation.
