Topics include: the causes of indoor mold growth; potential health effects from exposure to mold; common moisture problems; methods to find mold; and remediation guidelines for mold problems in homes. Carbon Monoxide 1 hr CE real estate agents (course# 1031298) The course introduces carbon monoxide, a significant poisoning concern in homes. Topics include: the causes of elevated carbon monoxide; the health effects; examples of problems; and how to prevent it. The course is a 1-hour classroom lecture style course.
