Participants will learn what the three types of Intellectual Property are, what they cover or protect, why you should have them and finally how to earn money from them once you have them protected. The facilitator is Kattina Barsik, an Intellectual Property and Registered Patent Attorney. Her practice includes advising clients on the scope and validity of patent, trademark, and copyright issues. She is a member of the New Jersey Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts, The New Jersey Intellectual Property Association, and the New Jersey State Bar Association.
