This position is entry-level with an opportunity to learn multiple various ancillary services that we provide. The starting pay is $7.25 per hour for the 1st two pay periods, then $9.25 for the next two pay periods, then $11.25 for the next two pay periods, then $13.25 for the next two pay periods, then $15.00 per hour finally. In addition, a quarterly production bonus is available up to $600. In addition, sales commission is available. On an annual basis, the position will have a performance evaluation and if all maximum bonuses are achieved, an additional $400 is available along with a pay increase. If you have termite, wildlife, insulation, and moisture control experience then you may start at a higher hourly rate of pay. Your pay will increase in monthly increments based on your performance in the position and completing the training, which will involve a monthly assessment. The requirements to meet during your training period will incorporate online training, in-person training, and field training. The field training will be extension and encompass the majority of the training period by working with an experienced Specialty Technician. The timeline is approximately 120 days to reach $15 per hour, which will mostly involve field work with an experienced Specialty Technician to work with you and train you on performing all of our services. Consideration will be made for a high achiever to reach this level at between 90-120 days. An experienced technician in most or all aspects of the work we provide may start at a higher rate. This position can be labor intensive for some of the services that we provide. You must be willing and able to perform work on, in, and under residential and commercial structures including, but not limited to the following services: pest control, termite control, moisture control/crawl space encapsulations, blown-in cellulose insulation in attics, and wildlife control trapping/exclusion work. Performing these services will require you to enter crawl spaces, attics, and working on ladders. Basic Requirements: VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE CRIMINAL HISTORY CHECK GREAT WORK ETHIC (Mon-Fri 8am-5pm. You may be asked to come in early, stay a little later, and work a partial Saturday on occasion to complete work orders). Although, 40 hours per week will be the norm.
