Apartment Maintenance Caretaker in Lima, NY We have an opening to fill a full-time maintenance caretaker position with benefits. The successful applicant will be performing apartment maintenance duties in Lima, NY. We are looking for someone who has a positive attitude, good customer service skills (you will be interacting with tenants daily), trustworthy, punctual and has general maintenance experience including; painting, lawn maintenance, snow removal, cleaning, apartment turn over and minor repairs. You will be working under and taking direction from the company wide maintenance supervisor. A valid NYS driver’s license is required and the successful candidate must have a clean record and agree to a criminal background check. 32-40 Hour weekly full-time position (additional hours available seasonally) with benefits and competitive pay commensurate with experience.
