Join us in the celebration of our love for Kalina! Please join us in celebrating the life and love of our beloved, Kalina!We will be gathering to share some of our favorite memories, our stories, poems, spoken word we may craft, to laugh, to cry, to love, and to honor a wonderful person who will be deeply missed. In celebration of Kalina, we invite you to bring with you a flower and a photo of Kalina so we may create a beautiful tribute to her. Please wear whatever brings Kalina alive for you. We imagine a colorful gathering where your expression of love for Kalina and how you knew her best is welcome. Burning Man attire for "Awesome Possum" included. It may be chilly, so please bring whatever layers you may need to stay warm. Parking: Park on the northern side of Topanga Canyon Blvd. (bigger shoulders), and then there is a five minute walk up to the location. 21575 Dome Trail Entering: You will see a gate open with a purple peace sign on it. Enter there. We start the event sharply at 8:30 with poetry and eulogy , so please arrive no later than 8:15 in reverence for the opening program. Covid Safety Measures: It is important as we remember Kalina that we all keep each other safe. We ask that you wear a mask and be socially distanced. Hand Sanitizer will be available at the event, but please feel free to bring your own. Please RSVP below so we can best plan to accommodate everyone.
