Description
This position is great for someone who is motivated, wants a Flexible schedule PT or FT and like to work independently as Subcontractor in the Duluth / Cloquet surrounding areas!
No experience is required
Immediate availability
Flexible schedule
Reps take 6-8 simple photos and fill out a Quick Form on a mobile app to report back to the Clients the occupancy status of the properties.
PAY IS PER inspection/photos HIGH VOLUME AREA $5.00+ PER inspection.
Completing 5-9 per hour while working.
YOU MUST UNDERSTAND THE RATIO OF VOLUME AND EFFICIENCY EQUALS MAKING GOOD MONEY!!
Requirements
Smart phone or tablet required.
This job involves driving, so a reliable and fuel-efficient auto is recommended.
Strong mapping and directional skills
