Express is looking for Building Maintenance Technicians to start immediately with companies in the areas of Miramar, Poway and Santee. To succeed in this position, you must be an outstanding problem-solver with exceptional communication and organizational skills. You must be flexible and willing to do tasks outside the main role as required.
Pay Rate: $20.00 - $25.00/hour (depending on experience)
Building Maintenance Technician Highlights:
Conducting assessments, performing and/or scheduling repairs
Basic maintenance of equipment, electrical, HVAC and plumbing systems
Develop preventative maintenance procedures
Use of basic hand tools and measurement devices
Maintain clean work areas
