Janitor / Valet needed for luxury high rise building. No experience necessary. Must have an outgoing personality, great customer service skills and have a valid driver's license. ***Pay starts at $17.00 per hour ***Holiday bonus. ***Discounted Medical benefits for full-time employees over 60 days ***Paid Time Off. ***Uniforms and cleaning provided ***Free parking for employee vehicles. Shift is 10 pm- 6:30 am Summary of some of the duties: -Employee Restrooms, clean, trash, paper products, floors daily -Mirrors, sinks, urinal, walls, weekly and as needed -Administrative offices, trash, recycle, dust all around, vacuum carpets daily -Service Entrance Hallway from Union Street, floors, trash daily, walls weekly -Mailroom, cleaned, recycle emptied twice daily -Hallway to kitchen, floor cleaned daily -Check all areas for lighting that needs to be replaced daily -Lobby/Terrazzo floor/carpet vacuumed/Front Door, carpet, and stainless steel door frame- inside and out daily -Elevator, floors cleaned daily, floors waxed weekly, interior woodwork and art cleaned daily -Emergency cleanup of spills and accidents -Clean floor at Loading Dock daily -Replace bedding/clean/paper products/vacuum/replace supplies for check outs as needed -Daily communication with stays, replace supplies as needed -Replace bedding/clean/paper products/vacuum/replace supplies every three days for stays or as requested. -Check and report any damage or lighting issues daily • Monitors Porte Cochere to ensure safety on a consistent basis • Opens vehicle doors for drivers and passengers promptly • Assists residents with removing items from their automobiles along with providing assistance with the opening of their automobile doors, luggage and groceries, packages • Records and drives automobile to and from parking space • For vehicles that are not previously registered with the Association, places numbered Guest Ticket on windshield of vehicle to be parked and hands resident/guest similar tag to be used later in locating parked automobile • For vehicles that are not previously registered with the Association, takes numbered Guest Ticket from resident/guest/Doorman, locates automobile, and brings it to resident/guest
