My father in laws little Orange Buddy went missing Thursday October 6th. He’s very friendly and usually comes when called but he has yet to return. He looks like your typical orange tabby but his tail has a scar on it from breaking it as a kitten. His name is Cecil and he’s a year old, neutered, and Microchipped but he is NOT wearing a collar.
