Parkwood Terrace Apartments has an immediate need for a HVAC certified Maintenance Technician!!! Duties: • Prepare units to move-in ready condition • Performs various community maintenance functions • Responds to resident service requests and issues • Maintain activity log • Reports any maintenance concerns to the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager Requirements: • Assist with on-call responsibilities • Apartment make ready experience • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills • HVAC certification Incentives: • Awesome pay • Excellent benefits • 50% housing discount • 401k 50% match up to 6% • 15 vacation/PTO days in initial year • 8 company paid holidays • Paid parental leave This is a permanent full-time position.
