Where can I go to have a Pine slab cut into a Telecaster body?

Where can I go to have a Pine slab cut into a Telecaster body? I have the Pine wood but need help getting it planed to the thickness that I would like as well as cut and routed to Telecaster shape. Any help or ideas are greatly appreciated!
